On this site you will find a number of awards to recognize the hard work you have put into your site. Keep in mind, however, the awards are NOT freebies, but must be earned. Also, if you win an award or take any graphics from this site, please link back to me.
I am not a webmaster by profession, but rather a graphic artist and writer. I know what I like and I judge sites by a number of different criteria.
- The site must have good working navigation
- The site must NOT be under construction, finish then submit
- The site must not have more than one RED X for graphic link problems
- The site must give notice of used © copyrighted material
- Music is OK, but must be able to be turned off
- Must have some original work, i.e., writing, art, design, something
- No list sites, photo album sites, or music listing sites, must have content of general interest.
- Sites are expected to be friendly, but sites do NOT have to be officially family rated (but no porn, nudity, gambling, etc.., see more below). I expect sites to be places a child could visit with parental supervision.
Your site will be consider for an award if the above criteria is met and :
- Your site is not a Porn site
- Your site is not a Gambling site
- Your site is not an Illegal site
- Your site is not a Hate Site (racial, ethnic, etc..)
- Does not promote violence, harsh language, or adult situations, however some writing sites may be considered, it the the writing would be rated no higher than a PG rating.
Or, I personally find your sight in poor taste.
My decisions on your award are final, however, you may reapply in 30 days, unless it is a problem that can be fixed quickly.
Note: All Awards will either have your site name or an id number assigned to the award. With the exception of the military support graphics, all awards are not freebies to just take. Taking an award, with winning it, is a violation of my copyright.
Note: Do NOT link directly to the graphics on my site, download and then use them. I change the graphics often.
